kenya is amazing. the countryside here and the people...wow.
here's a quick recap of the last few days:
saturday: landed and settled into our seriously amazing guest house.
sunday: went to church, went to a local football match and took a tour of the slums.
monday: started our actual work which consists of discipling and fellowshipping with the members of a pro soccer team here (one hope football club), maintaining their field, and then in the afternoons, working with all the children and teenagers and their teams.
it's hard to write on any of this because it deserves more time and effort than i have. just know that we're happy, humbled, blessed and excited to be here.

aww yay! i'm relieved to hear things are going as well as could be expected. :) i'm excited to hear about your guys' experiences and tales when you get back... unless you write a novel about it, which would be awesome! i'd read it. ;)
