thank y'allweh

camp finished off incredibly. these are my favorite photos from the week:

no one knows who the "crunk for jesus" guy/girl is, but i'll happily claim the kids in the other photos.

this week has been crazy. i got home from camp to find out that a couple in our church is leaving because of many reasons, one of them being that i'm too upbeat when i welcome people and they resent that i mention other issues during that time (of course they didn't actually talk to me about all this). ironic since they're some of the most critical people i've ever known. sad too though because they'll never be happy with these type of unreasonable, legalistic standards.

we leave on monday for atlanta and then from there to kenya. by the time it's all over, i'll have spent time in 8 airports. hopefully i'll get to post a few blogs while we're there.

I had on idea you even wrote a blog chad. I feel like I should have known this, and now feel like a neglectful friend.

I know now though. I know now.

Gee Chad, I've heard of people leaving a church due to the unfriendliness of people, but never the upbeat, friendliness of people. Go figure....
